VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: TRITTICO LOMBARDO, LINE UP.
Here are the athletes who will take turns competing in the three races of the Trittico Lombardo.
The Trittico Lombardo will begin on Sunday, October 6th, with the Coppa Agostoni, followed by the Coppa Bernocchi on Monday, October 7th, and concluding with the Tre Valli Varesine on Tuesday, October 8th. For the first race, VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè will field: Luca Covili, Filippo Fiorelli, Filippo Magli, Alessio Martinelli, Pinarello, Tonelli, and the local rider Turconi.
For the Coppa Bernocchi, starting and finishing in Legnano, with the Piccolo Stelvio climb once again being the favored ascent and a crucial moment of the race, which largely features a 16.8 km circuit repeated seven times, the team will opt for different fast wheels such as: Colnaghi, Fiorelli, Magli, and Zanoncello. The line-up is completed by Pinarello, Scalco, and Tonelli.
The final race of the Trittico Lombardo, the Tre Valli Varesine, scheduled for Tuesday, October 8th, will confirm a dynamic and exciting route. For the fourth consecutive edition, it will start in Busto Arsizio and finish once again in Varese, on Via Sacco, after 200.3 kilometers. Chosen for the race are: Covili, Martinelli, Rojas, Pellizzari, Scalco, Turconi, and Pozzovivo.
Roberto Reverberi and Luca Amoriello will direct the athletes from the team car.
The live TV broadcast of the first race of the Trittico Lombardo 2024, the Coppa Agostoni, will be available from 15:15 on Rai Sport HD, while the live streaming will be available from 15:15 on Rai Play and from 15:00 on discovery+.
