Another Placement for the Lecco native.
The first stage of the Tour du Poitou Charentes was raced at a very high pace. Right from the start, an 8-man breakaway formed, while behind them, the peloton split but later regrouped in an attempt to chase them down in the finale. VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè sprinter, Luca Colnaghi, finished in twelfth place in the sprint of the chasing group. The stage winner was Fredrik Dversnes of Uno-X.
