The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè is ready for this second week of races in France and has chosen the 7 athletes who will take part in the race. There will be four stages scheduled for the transalpine race, taking place from August 20 to 23, which usually features a not-too-difficult course, suitable for resilient sprinters and fast rouleurs. The third day will include a 29.2-kilometer time trial, which could prove decisive for the final victory.
Chosen for the stage race are Federico Biagini from Reggio Emilia and Alex Tolio, who have already taken part in the Tour du Limousin. They will be followed by an experienced athlete like Davide Gabburo, who will support the younger riders Filippo Turconi and Luca Paletti. Completing the team are sprinter Luca Colnaghi, a standout at the Tour of Denmark, and Riccardo Lucca from Trentino. The team will be led by DS Alessandro Donati from the team car.
