VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: MARCELLUSI ATTACKS AT THE TOUR DU LIMOUSIN. PELLIZZARI FINISHES ELEVENTH.
Martin Marcellusi was a protagonist in the second stage of the Tour du Limousin.
It was a tough stage at the Tour du Limousin, with the second stage being the hardest of the four. Marcellusi joined the day’s breakaway and then attempted a long solo attack. However, the Roman rider was eventually caught by the peloton.
The first finisher for VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè was Giulio Pellizzari from Marche, who crossed the finish line with the chasing group behind Alex Baudin, the day’s winner and new leader of the French race.
Fiorelli and Tolio were unfortunate, getting involved in a crash near the end, though it did not result in serious consequences.
