VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: LUCA COLNAGHI RENEWS UNTIL 2026.
The rider from Lecco has signed a two-year contract: "A season marked by injuries; I want to make a breakthrough in the coming years."
Luca Colnaghi, a cyclist from Lecco born in 1999, has signed a two-year contract with VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, extending through 2026. The sprinter, who stood out in the recently concluded season, achieved two podium finishes and eight Top 10 placements, and also earned the title of Italian gravel vice-champion, finishing behind Samuele Zoccarato.
Here are his words: “I want to thank Roberto and Bruno Reverberi for their renewed trust in me. This season was full of highs and lows, complicated by injuries that made it difficult for me to stay consistent and achieve results. My goal for next year is to make a breakthrough: I’ve always come close to victory, but never quite reached it. I’d like to change my training approach to reach these milestones and take another step forward compared to past years.”
And these are the words of team manager Roberto Reverberi: “We’re pleased to have Colnaghi with us for another two years. He’s a rider we strongly believe in, and by working in the right way, he can achieve great results in his career. Last year, he faced some significant injuries, but we are confident he can bring us great satisfaction in the coming seasons.”
