VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: GIRO DEL VENETO, SERENISSIMA GRAVEL, VENETO CLASSIC. THE LINEUPS.
The team's season concludes in Veneto with the Giro del Veneto on Wednesday, October 16th, the Serenissima Gravel on Friday, October 18th, and the Veneto Classic on Sunday, October 20th. Here are the selected athletes.
Final week of races for VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, which will end the 2024 season with three races in the Veneto region. It begins tomorrow, October 16th, with the Giro del Veneto, a race featuring a challenging course but with a mostly flat finish, suitable for different types of riders. The selected riders are: Filippo Fiorelli, Filippo Magli, Giulio Pellizzari, Luca Covili, Matteo Scalco, Alessandro Pinarello, and Alessandro Tonelli.
The second event will be the Serenissima Gravel on October 18th, now a classic and part of the Ride the Dreamland series. The race will take place on a flat 37.5 km circuit to be repeated 4 times, for a total of 150 technical and dusty kilometers. The four selected riders are: Filippo Turconi, Filippo Fiorelli, Filippo Magli, and Alessio Martinelli.
The season will conclude with the Veneto Classic, with the usual finish in Bassano del Grappa. It will be the final race in the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè jersey for Giulio Pellizzari from the Marche region, joined by teammates Covili, Scalco, Tarozzi, Magli, Tonelli, and Turconi. The athletes will be directed from the team car by DSs Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati.
