BARDIANI-CSF MOVES TO SPAIN FOR THE FIRST TRAINING CAMP
The path of Bardiani-CSF to the news season passes through Spain. After the first team meeting of 2017 squad in Montecchio Emilia – November 30 to December 2 – the #GreenTeam tomorrow will fly to Calpe, on Costa Blanca coastline, for the first training camp.
Led by team directors Stefano Zanatta, Roberto Reverberi and team trainer Claudio Cucinotta, the riders will pedal in saddle of their Cipollini NK1K until December 20.
The schedule of camp includes on bike training with the squad split in two groups – climbers and riders who needs endurance works; sprinters and riders who aims to be competitive during the first races of the season. Together with the training, riders’ schedule includes also gym sessions, core stability works and stretching exercises. Few “family challenges” will liven up the camp and will improve team synergy.
