GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-FAIZANÈ: LINE UP. TOUR OF TURKEY.
Today the first stage of the Tour of Turkey, the 7 athletes at the start for Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè.
From October 8th to 15th, the Tour of Turkey will take place, with a total of 8 stages to tackle. The race was postponed to the autumn following the devastating earthquake that hit the country in February. Today marks the first stage starting from Alanya. On October 15th, the last leg will culminate with the grand finish in Istanbul.
There are 7 riders at the starting line, chosen for the general classification are the young rider from Marche, Giulio Pellizzari, and Alessio Martinelli. The stages suitable for sprinters are not lacking, making room for Luca Colnaghi. The team is completed by the rider from Varese, Alessandro Santaromita, Alessio Nieri, and the two interns: Vicente Rojas and Edgar Cadena. Leading the team from the car is the sports director, Luca Amoriello.
The Tour of Turkey will be broadcasted live on Eurosport 1 starting from 12:45 (italian time).
