Today's Port D'Alcudia Trophy, the second race of Mallorca's five-day event, confirmed some Calvià Trophy starters, this will be the official debut of young American neo-prof Jared Scott.
A busy schedule for the #greenteam, today the second race of the Mallorca Challenge, confirmed for the Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè Alessandro Tonelli, who will put all his experience at the service of the team; Filippo Fiorelli and Martin Marcellusi, who yesterday showed that he is in good physical shape.The arrival of Port D’Alcudia also fits the characteristics of Luca Colnaghi. The line-up will be completed by Davide Gabburo, Riccardo Lucca and the 21-year-old American Jared Scott.
158.6 kilometers scheduled from Ses Salines to Alcudia. After a long flat section there is in fact the turning point of the race, the Coll de Sa Batalla climb, with 8.7 kilometers at an average gradient of 5%. Downhill with 34 kilometers to go, from there another couple of climbs then long descent and short flat section to the finish.
