Flèche Ardennaise, 1.2 category race. 7 youngsters at the start, chosen the same ones who raced at the Carpathian Couriers Race: Giulio Pellizzari, Alessio Martinelli, Alessandro Pinarello, Luca Paletti and Matteo Scalco. Closing out the lineup are Alessio Nieri and Alex Tolio.
Statements from the Sport Director Mirko Rossato: “We try to bring our young riders to these races where the level is very high to push them to improve, at the Flèche Ardennaise there are the strongest young riders in Europe, the only way to compete with them is to race in races like this.”
