Stage 3 of the Tour of Qinghai Lake, 2001 class Alessio Nieri takes the leadership of the climbers' classification thanks to the points obtained in the day's 4 KOMs. 4th stage place for Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan in the bunch sprint.
Third stage of 200 kilometers (Guide / Huzhu) characterized by 4 Grands Prix de la Montagne where the climbs made selection, about 30 riders remain to play for the stage success.
