BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE OFFICIAL SELECTION FOR THE TOUR OF SLOVENIA.
5 stages, from Wednesday 15th to Sunday 19th June, will characterize the Tour of Slovenia. 7 riders at the start for the Bardiani CSF Faizanè ready to compete with 4 world Tour teams and 7 Professional teams. The race will be broadcast live on Eurosport and Eurosport Player channels.
The selection of 7 Bardiani CSF Faizanè riders for the Tour of Slovenia is official. Led in the teamcar by sports directors Alessandro Donati and Luca Amoriello, the #GreenTeam athletes will face a mixed route consisting of 5 different stages, from Wednesday 15 to Sunday 19 June.
At the start of the competition, broadcast live on Eurosport channels, there will be 4 World Tour formations, 7 Professional teams and several Continental teams. The nature of the road, which will see only one finish for pure climbers, on Saturday, has led the DS to build a lineup of stage hunters who will be able to aim for the maximum result.
This is the Sicilian Filippo Fiorelli, together with the more experienced Enrico Battaglin. Both athletes, together with Samuele Zoccarato, were great protagonists at the Adriatica Ionica Race, making a decisive contribution to the victory of Filippo Zana and the conquest of the title of best team in the competition. Alongside Fiorelli, Battaglin and Zoccarato, two great protagonists of the last Giro d’Italia will be at the start: Davide Gabburo and Alessandro Tonelli.
The training is completed by two new professionals ready to gain important experience, such as Luca Colnaghi and Alex Tolio.
The Tour of Slovenia will represent the last important sports commitment approaching the Italian championships on June 26th, another key event of the team’s season.
