BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE ITALIAN CALENDAR GOES ON WITH THE GIRO DELLA TOSCANA AND THE COPPA SABATINI.

On Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 of September the team will be involved in two important Italian races valid for the Ciclismo Cup. 10 riders involved in total depending by the road race, 7 for each race.

On Wednesday 16 September, after a day off from the Tirreno-Adriatico that has just finisned, the Giro di Toscana will start, with departure and finis-line from Pontedera. At the start 7 riders for the Bardiani CSF Faizanè with the climbers Francesco Romano and Luca Covili, the sprinter Giovanni Lonardi and all-rounders such as Filippo Fiorelli, Fabio Mazzucco, Alessandro Tonelli and Filippo Zana.

The Sabatini Cup will take place on Thursday 17th September. 210km with usual start and finish from Peccioli. Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be at the start with 7 riders with different characteristics to face every possible scenario. At the start some riders returning from a good Tirreno Adriatico such as Giovanni Carboni, growing during the toughest stages, Giovanni Lonardi the fast wheel, Fabio Mazzucco who recently concluded his first World Tour stage race, Daniel Savini, retired due to bruises suffered in a fall in the Tirreno-Adriatico, but now ready to get back on the saddle. With them three reinforcements to bring fresh energy such as Filippo Zana, Luca Covili and Filippo Fiorelli.
