BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE GIRO DI SICILIA WILL OPEN THE AUTUMN ITALIAN CALENDAR.
The Italian calendar of Bardiani CSF Faizanè restarts from Sicily. 4 stages to be faced for the 7 athletes at the start. 20 formations ready to challenge each other, including 5 World Tour teams.
From Tuesday 28 September to Friday 1 October Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be at the start of the Giro di Sicilia. 4 stages to be faced with a path that will leave room for athletes with different characteristics. 20 teams expected at the start, 5 World Tour formations and many professionals, including the #GreenTeam. First stage from the probable arrival in the sprint, followed by a fraction with a more nervous road and open to different scenarios. The third will be the queen and most demanding stage with arrival in Caronia, but also worthy of attention to the fourth fraction from the challenging route.
The team led on the teamcar by Roberto Reverberi and Mirko Rossato will field 7 riders at the start. Strong motivations for the home rider, fresh from contract renewal, Filippo Fiorelli, particularly motivated to do well in the stages that best suit with his skills. With him Alessandro Tonelli and Davide Gabburo. For the sprint finishes there will also be the young sprinter Enrico Zanoncello. To complete the line-up the climbers Alessandro Monaco and Jonathan Canaveral and the team intern Luca Colnaghi, returning from the Under23 World Championships with the National Selection.
