BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: READY FOR THE TOUR OF TURKEY.
Less than a month to the official start of the Giro d'Italia, the team is ready to face the Tour of Turkey. A first starter of great cycling, with 8 stages live on Eurosport. On the start-line 7 riders of the team led by Giovanni Visconti, that already won one previous edition of the Tour and 2 stages.
On Sunday 11th of April the team will be at the start of the first stage of the Tour of Turkey. 7 riders selected to face the 8 stages, all broadcasted live on Eurosport from 12.00 to 2.00 pm, Italian time. The big start in Cappadocia draws a first stage immediately open to different scenarios with a very strong begin of the Tour. The following stages could be conquest territory for the sprinters, with the exception of the queen stage, the fifth, with finish-line in Elmali.
Bardiani CSF Faizanè will therefore be at the start with a well-balanced formation to face the different stages. The first good news is tha back to races of Giovanni Visconti, in a competition that he already won in the past.
Fast wheel at the start will be Giovanni Lonardi, together with Umberto Marengo and Mirco Maestri with a good speed in their legs. Giovanni Visconti, the experienced leader for the most demanding and open stages, such as the first stage, together with Alessandro Tonelli and Samuele Zoccarato, team workers and always able to be in the right breakaway, to try some surprises from afar. Finally, the climber from Costa Rica Kevin Rivera, in search of the best condition, for him the queen stage will be an excellent test.
The level of the teams at the start is important with 3 World Tour teams and 15 Professional line-ups to battle each other.
