BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: 7 RIDERS TO THE START OF MILANO-TORINO, IN A SPECIAL EDITION DEDICATED TO SPRINTERS.
The Milano-Torino changes its final roads and for the 2022 edition it changes the traditional finish-line of Superga, leaving room to sprinters. Among the 7 riders called up by Bardiani CSF Faizanè experienced sprinters like Sacha Modolo and also the very young fast wheeler Iker Bonillo, together with fast riders such as Filippo Fiorelli and Martin Marcellusi.
After many days of World Tour race and waiting for the Milano-Sanremo, the Italian calendar offers another historic Italian race, the Milano-Torino. In the 2022 edition, the route will not include the usual finish-line on Superga, but will leave room for fast wheels in the finish-line of Rivoli. The Bardiani CSF Faizanè, and the sports director Mirko Rossato who will lead the riders in the teamcar, will therefore present himself at the start with a potentially very fast formation.
Leading the team will be experienced sprinter Sacha Modolo with 47 career successes. At his side also one of the 3 youngest riders on the roster, the very young Spanish sprinter born in 2003 Iker Bonillo. With them a fast man like Filippo Fiorelli, without forgetting the 21 year old Martin Marcellusi. Alessandro Tonelli completes the roster, returning from a good Tirreno Adriatico and always ready to animate the attacking race, together with Luca Covili and Fabio Mazzucco.
THE LINE-UP:
Sacha Modolo (1987)
Filippo Fiorelli (1994)
Alessandro Tonelli (1992)
Martin Marcellusi (2000)
Iker Bonillo (2003)
